Boland-Maloney also services the products we sell. It's as simple as that! We will do our very best to provide you with assistance if a problem should arise with a product we've sold. But what causes confusion among consumers is just what is and is not included under that "Service" umbrella.  

1. Manufacturer's warranties provide for repair and/or replacement (usually at their discretion) of products for only a limited time, and then only if the problem is due to a manufacturing defect. It is, therefore, important that you thoroughly read the warranty that accompanies the product you purchase.
2. Neither Boland-Maloney nor any other retailer, supplier or manufacturer can be expected to be held responsible for problems arising from improper or incorrect installation.
3. Even if the manufacurer agrees to a replacement under the terms of their warranty, the Homeowner is responsible for any additional charges that may arise from the installation of the the replacement component. These charges might include labor & materials for non-warrantied items such as interior & exterior trim and/or painting. Be sure to get an estimate of any additional charges that might apply when inquiring about warranty service.
4. Finally, gather together as much documentation as possible regarding when and from whom you purchased the product. Some manufacturers are sticklers about the terms of their warranty and may require service be performed only by certain providers.

Please keep in mind that NO manufacturer wants dissatisfied customers and most will go out of their way to remedy any problem that develops regarding their product, but as we all know, things can & do go wrong occasionally.
